 Dorm Style
Buildings 25 & 40.  These buildings have full bathrooms and showers; and they feature small kitchenette areas where you can prepare simple foods. Additionally, the living space is more private and capacities in these buildings are larger.

The below pricing includes a per person estimate for overnight accommodations with three meals, Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner.

** Per person package pricing estimated charges are based on a per person average cost for groups of 20 or more with a 2 night minimum stay and 80% cabin occupancy. Included in prices are overnight lodging and three meals: breakfast, lunch, & dinner in our dining hall facility.

Optional Charges

  • Additional Linens: $9.50 / per person / (Blanket, top sheet, towels).
    • Bottom sheet, pillow and pillow case already provided in each cabin rental cost.
  • Refrigerator: $45.00 / per visit / Use of refrigerator moved to a building
  • Audio Visual Equipment: $25.00 / per visit
  • BBQ Grill Rental: $45.00 / per visit
  • Lifeguards: $50.00 per hour, per guard / Lifeguarding fee for swimming on CCSC grounds
  • Day Use Fee: $9.00 per person / Guests using the grounds, but not staying at CCSC
  • Meeting Space Rental:  $325 per use / Art Center & Boathouse

You can order these items during the reservation process or provide at least one day in advance when you arrive at camp.

Notes

  • Rates are based on an expected 20 person minimum for each group using our facility for overnight accommodations & meals
  • Prices for specially designed meals and Single Events are available on request.
  • We can cater to special dietary needs, allergy concerns, and food requests. Our kitchen staff strives to provide a “nut free” dining hall menu. Considerable effort is made to check ingredient labels to select appropriate foods to serve.
  • 7% MA meals tax will be applied to the bill unless a copy of the tax exempt ID number is presented
  • 14.45% MA Short Term Rental tax will be applied to the bill unless a copy of the tax exempt ID number is presented
